Project Types

Create a new economic ecosystem which transcends traditional real estate development by focusing on the entire community and investing in the people.

  • Affordable housing and mixed-market rate housing

  • Retail and shop spaces and restaurants (locally-owned by community members)

  • Medical and counselling facilities (operations by professional medical companies)

  • Office and co-op working/collaboration spaces

  • Community centers, YMCA and arts center, and more

  • Investing in education and after school programs and tenant help classes (financial literacy, good tenant/housekeeping, self-help)

The focus of the Investment Vehicle is breaking the chain of generational poverty and providing affordable housing options to everyone

  • Working with local groups to offer wrap around services, affordable community amenities, access to other support service needs.

  • Working with medical and mental health companies to bring health and wellness

  • Investing through providing a significant portion of the capital stack (currently filled with 3rd party debt, mezzanine and preferred equity and equity capital)

  • Investing in select local business and start-ups to spark opportunity in the community

We can truly realize the opportunities in community investing when we resolve that the issues are less about providing a “house” and more about creating an environment where a person can build a “HOME.”

A home is where you have a safe space to live and grow, resources beyond survival, opportunities to progress beyond today, and a community that supports and nurtures a person to become whomever they are destined to become.
